Improving the Article

I think that this article is too short, and it does not elaborate on the true depth of the programs being offered by the International Center (It should be expanded - and the research endeavors should be detailed). The history of the leadership should also be discussed in further detail. Jccort (talk) 19:30, 5 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
