Merged Berbice Campus Article

Heads up that I merged a separate article for the Berbice campus. It was totally unsourced, and I couldn't rationalize the need for a separate page (esp. considering a Google search for the complete name "University of Guyana Berbice Campus" resulted in a mere 4 pages on Google: press-releases, graduation announcements, non-notable crimes at location.)
