The pages by Alfonso Pozo Ruiz—such as http://personal.us.es/alporu/historia/univ_osuna.htm and http://personal.us.es/alporu/historia/uosuna_extincion.htm —appear to me to be good sources despite being "personal" pages. Pozo Ruiz was the author of the historical section of http://www.quintocentenario.us.es, the official site for the 500th anniversary of the University of Seville. Juan Téllez-Girón was the fourth Count of Ureña and THE FATHER OF the first Duke of Osuna. He wasn't the first Duke of Osuna.
