Whoa, this stub has nothing at all! I'm going to go out on a limb here and put myself forward. As a subject matter expert in the field of technical communication, I give my word that this topic is absolutely notable and vital, despite the fact that a layman will simply look at this single sentence and not see any notability at all. It's now February 26th; should any other editors happen upon this article within the next few days and think of deletion, then I implore you to give me a few more days.
