History & subclasses

[edit]

I did my best to represent the three ships which were originally part of victoria class. It's still a work in progress. CarsonCo (talk) 23:46, 5 April 2010 (UTC) If anyone has a better idea to represent the development of these ships than the current "history & subclasses" section, please do it. Extension

[edit]

The article has this statement near the top: "saw the ships sliced in half vertically for the insertion of an 84 foot mid-section." I am assuming that this means the cut was cut in two across the beam midway down the ship to insert an 84 foot mid-section. Yes or no? If so, it would be a good idea to rephrase it like this for clarity. theshowmecanuck 2009-01-26 17:00 EST

Merging of Burnaby-class ferry

[edit]

I'm planning on overhauling the various BC Ferries fleet related articles, and writing an article on each vessel. User:Emma0mb/projects/BC Ferries fleet articles

Due to the weird nature of the Burnaby-class ferries, simply being V-class ferries that never got a second vehicle deck, I think it would make sense to merge them, as their details are largely the same, and giving them a section to allow for linking directly to Burnaby-class ferry. This would allow all 7 ferries to be reasonably discussed on a single page, with links to the individual vessels for further details. Emma0mb talk 21:47, 1 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Sounds good to me! —Joeyconnick (talk) 05:35, 2 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
