This name, Valmazzinghi, was used and mapped in the Italian maps and by the people living and working there. The name was also used on old maps which the Austria-Hungary government mapped in the early to mid 1800. After WW2 the name was changed to Koromacno after a wild plant,(Kromatz), which was abundant in that area.
