Add a reference to Genozip[edit]

Hi all, I just added a reference to Genozip in this article, a tool of which I am the author. Per Wikipedia rules, I have declared a "conflict of interest". I added it because I think it genuinely relevant for this article and adds value to the readers. If you agree, please kindly remove the template message.

Tools to analyze vcfs[edit]

Hi, I think the whole section "Tools to analyse VCF files" should be reworked or removed. It section feels out of place with the general style of Wikipedia and gives a distorted overview of tools that are actually used and it seems prone to abuse from self promotion. I think it would be better to either have sections for different types of analysis, like variant annotation, vizualization without mentioning specific tools or just to remove it. Someone actually interested in serious bioinformatics analysis will not learn which tools to use from Wikipedia anyways and for the normal reader the specific tools are of little interest if they don't have their own page here. 130.226.236.6 (talk) 12:00, 19 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
