Defunct?[edit]

OK, the network's website indicates that it is off-the-air, but does anyone know if this is permanent or not? Retro Agnostic (talk) 08:57, 11 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Given that all its affiliate stations replaced it with new programming a month ago, I'd say yes. TripEricson (talk) 13:45, 11 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. Somebody should really update the articles on those stations. I don't live in the US, so it was difficult for me to make sense of the contradictions. Retro Agnostic (talk) 17:50, 11 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Oops, I mean contradictions. Retro Agnostic (talk) 17:51, 11 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

On one of the affected stations, WSYR-DT2, the subchannel still exists but all that is left are local weather maps interrupted periodically by infomercials and local news programming. There's nothing remaining of the main network programming which was on this channel. Of the others, http://www.thevarietychannel.com/content/getvtv/default.aspx points to TV Guide listings which indicate Untamed Sports TV is running on all but WSYR and WLMT - with the latter simulcasting The CW. VTV looks to be gone for good. --66.102.80.212 (talk) 20:21, 7 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
