Latvian plates have the form 2 letters-4 numbers, e.g., JO-1234. Would the JO indicate anything, for example the place of registration? Tsinfandel (talk)
I've seen many cars that have USDM mounts (usually imports or unpopular types of vehicles like full size pick-up trucks) use license plates that look similar to C-Type license plates but using any letter combination outside of T* as with motorcycles.
