Latest passenger base plate series

I've spotted both TVZ and TVV series plates in the last few days. I'll check again to verify the last 4 digits.

Since this wiki page has gotten me to pay more attention to passenger base plates, does anyone know whether they're excluding certain letters from plates like Q, O, and I from standard passenger base plates? I don't recall seeing those letters on any standard issue plate. 68.98.159.75 (talk) 05:37, 27 July 2022 (UTC)

1973 Series Plate

I actually spotted a vehicle while driving with these plates. There were no stickers on the plate, but the format doesn't match what's listed on the passenger base plate table for that year. The plate shows AC 1916 with an embossed 19 on the upper left corner and 73 on the upper right corner. All lettering was blue in color.
