Russian newspaper
[edit]Why is it called a Russian newspaper? As far as I know, it is located in Kazakhstan and reports about Kazakhstan. Russian language is widely used there, so it would be more accurate to call it a Russian-language Kazakhstani newspaper. If no one objects in the next few days, I will make appropriate edits.
