Close paraphrasing tag

After a simple copy+paste of the text into Google, there were no signs of any contributors directly taking information out of an article. The sites that have similar phrasings have been copied from Wikipedia, not into Wikipedia and they are allowed to because Wikipedia is open source under a CC license. Therefore, I removed it. Please explain further if there is a reason to believe it was plagiarized.GuyHimGuy (talk) 00:35, 7 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
