IPCC investigation[edit]

Material on yesterday's news story has been added by myself at Elm Guest House child abuse scandal, and by JezGrove in this article. I don't think that's a problem in itself, but we will need to make sure that the articles are consistent with each other in what they say - unless people think there is a case for restructuring (not merging) the articles, or creating a new one based around the latest inquiries.
