With regards to the suggestion of merging this article with the article on Great Perm, I do not believe that it would be correct to do so as the area known as Wisu has not been categorically confirmed as being at this location. The possibility of it corresponding to the land of the Vepsians is very real and until/unless further clarification can be provided the article should remain independent. A good idea would be to have a sub section on the Great Perm article, along with a link to this article.
