Merger proposal[edit]

Should this articles be merged with Timber bridge? They overlap a lot. I don't really see any difference between them.ShakyIsles (talk) 01:25, 22 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, definitely. And there should be a brief explanation about the different North American and British usage of the word "wood" in the merged article. Please note that all sections of Eurocode 5, now used by all CEN members including UK, use the term "timber" for structures including bridges (EN 1995-2).92.6.9.208 (talk) 17:17, 21 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
