VWBot tag removed[edit]

The article was tagged for possible copyright violation of material on another site. I have removed the tag because there was no copyright violation. The material in question appears to be the table of contents of the book, which is obviously original to neither site, but rather the book itself, and is plainly valid material to include in a bibliographic article on the book.
