We are informed that ethyl carbamate is formed when urea and ethanol are heated. To what temp and pressure? In liquids? Hong Kong 2009 and Korea 2009? Not exactly the normal way of quoting peer review lit. Is this the same kind of humbug that insists that PCBs are created when tap water is used to brew beer ... malt fermentation often being rich in phenols. (talk) 12:09, 2 August 2014 (UTC)
