Well yes, it doesn't really fit the simple overall paradigm of project banners. Yes! With the added condition that these pages don't have more that a single edit in their history. I've been thinking of putting this proposal up for discussion and, if supported, placing a bot request. But I really haven't had the aptitude and energy for such metamatters lately.
