concerning GAN nomination

The article has improved significantly thanks to NIMSoffice, but the coverage is highly biased toward electronic materials, which represent relatively minor applications (NIMS is from a materials science institute, so the bias is understandable). The references are mainly to minor hyperspecialized journals (J. Crystal Growth and Design?) describing narrow work of doubtful significance (see Wikipedia:Reliable sources). The referencing should instead focus on encyclopedic sources and the coverage should reflect the applications.
