Telecí is a village and municipality (obec) in Svitavy District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 12.61 square kilometres (4.87 sq mi), and has a population of 399 (as at 28 August 2006).

Telecí lies approximately 23 kilometres (14 mi) west of Svitavy, 48 km (30 mi) south-east of Pardubice, and 134 km (83 mi) east of Prague.
