Usage

or you may add a page name and custom message as an optional parameter that will replace "Thank you.":

[edit]You can add this template to the custom warning list in your Twinkle preferences:
- Go to § Warn user
- Find "Custom warning templates to display:" and click the Edit items button
- Click the Add button
- In the left field "Template name (no curly brackets)" add

- In the right field "Text to show in warning list (also used as edit summary)" you could add e.g.
Error at WP:AFC/C or WP:AFC/R
- Click the Save changes button on the dialogue box
- Click the Save changes button on the Twinkle preferences page
Alternatively, if you prefer to add the template manually to your Twinkle preferences stored in a subpage of your user page, the end result should look like this:
