Parameters

Userx
The editor's username is required. This template is designed to handle up to 10 users by using the "Userx" parameter, where x is between 1 and 10.
Ux-employer
The employer field is required. The employer is the person or organization that is paying for the contributions. For example, Smith Public Relations Ltd ("the employer") might pay a user to work on issues of interest to Acme Pharmaceuticals ("the client"). If no employer is given, the page will be added to Category:Paid contributions with no listed employer.
Ux-client
The client field is required. The client is the person or organization on whose behalf the contributions are made. The employer and client might be the same entity. That is, a user might be paid directly by Acme Pharmaceuticals to work on issues of interest to Acme Pharmaceuticals.
Ux-EH
Set to "yes" if the user has edited the article; "EH" stands for "edited here".
Ux-banned and Ux-otherlinks
This template does support automatically marking users as banned ("UX-banned"). You also can leave a note in Ux-otherlinks to note this or include a diff of the declaration.
