This short userspace link template provides only the most relevant links for a non-active user who engaged in vandalism or other inappropriate edits : talk page, contributions and edit filter log. This makes it practical to use in documentation pages or discussions for giving examples of such users. The pipe differentiates from other userspace link templates which link to the userpage, of very little use in this case.
