SUBJECT... versus FULL...

Assertions with deleted and inserted text

1. The consensus SUBJECT... should be implemented EVERYWHERE within {{Documentation}} and family.
2. The choice of SUBJECT... prevents support in talk pages retrieves document pages from SUBJECTSPACE.
3. {{Template doc}} mostly works in talk pages because is uses mostly FULL... retrieves document pages from SUBJECTSPACE.
4. {{Template doc}} is used transcluded a LOT in talk pages which is irrelevant.
5. Failure to support talk retrieve document pages from TALKSPACE will NOT be noticed widely at all and is irrelevant.
6. Supporting talk Retrieving document pages from TALKSPACE and SUBJECTSPACE requires consistent FULL... use and is not recommended since it introduces a functional change.

The last (10:46, November 6, 2007) edit is NOT 100% consistent. It's mostly SUBJECT... and headed for wide notice (no talk page support). – Conrad T. Pino 11:27, 6 November 2007 (UTC)

The error I fixed was that the template said it transcluded FULL while it transcluded SUBJECT. "Support talk page" is ambiguous, either we support the subject doc on the talk page, or its own doc. What do you propose?--Patrick 11:50, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
