I want to create an edit notice on my userpage subpages that will not appear on my userpage. The text of the notice I want is located at User:Puzzledvegetable/subpagenotice. I may be mistaken, but I believe that if I create Template:Editnotices/Group/User:Puzzledvegetable and transclude that editnotice on to it using {{When on basepage}}, it will have the desired effect.
