Hi @Tyw7: it looks like the group notice protection is not just create, but edit as well. I created a user subpage for you and translcuded it to the notice, the page is here: User:Tyw7/Groupnotice. Try to edit that and see if it works for you now. — xaosflux ^Talk 01:43, 21 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
