Question about template

Any reason the "FL" is not linked to Category:FL-Class articles similar to the Template:FA-Class template?

Specifically, just replace the following line:

'''{{#if:{{{category|}}}|[[:{{{category}}}|FL]]|FL}}'''<noinclude>

with

'''{{#if:{{{category|}}}|[[:{{{category}}}|FL]]|[[:Category:FL-Class articles|FL]]}}'''<noinclude>
