New {{Infobox French subdivision}}
[edit]I have created a new infobox template for French subdivisions such as communautés d'agglomération and cantons, basically everything that is not a (former) commune: {{Infobox French subdivision}}. This new infobox has several advantages, including automatic lookup of region and department based on the INSEE code, and maintenance categories for incorrect input. I'm gradually converting the articles using {{Infobox French canton}} to the new infobox and updating them (cleaning up incorrect number formats and removing representatives for disbanded cantons, for instance).
