Please change {{In category|Wikipedia license migration candidates}} to {{Template other|{{In category|Wikipedia license migration candidates}}}}.
Rationale for the change: the current code is breaking pages when templates that use {{License migration announcement}} are being transcluded onto pages that are in neither the Template: nor the File: namespaces (this is a dubious use of those templates, but frequently occurs in practice despite the "this template should only be used on image pages" warning, and it doesn't make sense to break the page in addition to giving the warning). The intention of the existing code seems to be to mark images as belonging to the license migration candidate category, but to expand to explanatory documentation when directly viewing a template that categorises images for license migration. However, the test for whether to display the explanatory note is "not an image" rather than "is a template". This change would limit the explanatory documentation to showing up only on the image categorisation templates themselves, not on every non-image page that happened to use them. --ais523 06:30, 18 July 2022 (UTC)
