Broken cat[edit]

User:SDaniel added (on July 28 2005) a category to this template, but it appears to be broken ... linas 14:00, 29 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Broken id[edit]

When using this template with id= it seems to be insanely broken; for example, This article incorporates material from Symmetric monoidal category on PlanetMath, which is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution/Share-Alike License. seems to go to 71190 instead of 41190, I can't figure out why. Can someone please fix this? User:Linas (talk) 04:58, 19 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

IDs and urlname access broken?[edit]

Hello, following a user's request on the help desk I have looked a bit deeper in this template. Two errors occur:

  • Searching for ID fails. Apparently "old" IDs have been moved to a range +30000 (that is: article with ID 9067 can now be found with 39067). See [1] for a GITHUB-source related to this behaviour (in planetmath_legacy_urls.module). If all old IDs have been changed in the same way, the fix would be a simple string conversion "30000 + old_id" (or a bot moving through the old transclusions and fixing the ID).
  • Searching for urlname seems to fail, as article-URLs no longer contain "/encyclopedia" in the middle. Simple fix, remove it during creation of the URL-string.

However, I have too little experience with this template. Someone with more background knowledge should reproduce, check and fix those errors. GermanJoe (talk) 21:41, 12 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

And the links have become broken again; the numeric node IDs don't seem to work any more. - Mike Rosoft (talk) 05:22, 3 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
