Bench Opinions vs Opinions Relating to Orders

I noticed that the template draws a sharp distinction between bench opinions (which are supposed to be included) and opinions relating to orders (which aren't), but sometimes decisions relating to orders are delivered from the bench (e.g., Trump v. International Refugee Assistance Project from OT2016; Biden v. Missouri and NFIB v. OSHA from OT2021; Ohio v. EPA from OT2023). It appears the general practice has been to include these opinions in statistics, but it might be helpful to clarify that in the notes. 74.103.192.208 (talk) 03:26, 29 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
