Wrong symbol for Cambrian

Hi, I think we're using the wrong symbol in the time scale template. It should be U+A792 Ꞓ LATIN CAPITAL LETTER C WITH BAR, but we're using U+0404 Є CYRILLIC CAPITAL LETTER UKRAINIAN IE.
