I believe it was mistake, all fixed now and the user warned. Woody (talk) 19:50, 22 January 2008 (UTC)
I'm not sure their warning really fits. What they did was the opposite of a copy and paste move. They accidentally created the article in the wrong place. Rather than copy and paste it to the correct location they moved the entire template thus preserving the article history. Of course there really isn't a standardized templated warning for that.-- (talk) 20:37, 22 January 2008 (UTC)
