The Asia Group LLC (TAG) is a strategy and capital advisory group based in Washington DC with an affiliated office in Hong Kong.[1] The firm was founded in 2013 by Dr. Kurt Campbell, the former Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs and Nirav Patel, former Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Strategy and Multilateral Affairs. The company works with clients to identify, integrate and advance new business opportunities, as well as work with existing businesses to navigate the complexities of both established and emerging markets in Asia. The Asia Group is not a lobbying organization.

The Asia Group currently works with clients in leading East Asian markets including Japan, China, South Korea, and Taiwan, Southeast Asian markets including Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, as well as Australia. TAG's clients are Fortune 100 multinationals based in North America, Europe, as well as Asia.

On June 21, 2017, The Asia Group announced that former US Ambassador to India Richard Verma would be joining the firm as its Vice Chairman.[2]
