The Day Everything Became Nothing is an EP by the Canadian punk rock band NoMeansNo. It was later placed in the compilation album The Day Everything Became Isolated and Destroyed alongside the album Small Parts Isolated and Destroyed, which had been released later that year. "Forget Your Life" is a new version of a song from their 1981 EP "Betrayal, Fear, Anger, Hatred".
