The Martin is a luxury high-rise condominium tower located in Paradise, Nevada at 4471 Dean Martin Drive. The complex was originally part of Panorama Towers formally known as Panorama Tower North, before being spun off as a separate property. The building is located across I-15 from the CityCenter.

It is 500 feet (150 m) tall, has 45 floors and approximately 372 total units.

History

Construction on Panorama Tower North began in 2006 and was completed in November 2008. It opened to much fanfare: It was a celebrity-laden, VIP only, red-carpet gala-affair of an opening, and a few of the attendees included American Idol emcee Ryan Seacrest, Mickey Rourke, Rick and Kathy Hilton, NBA stars Dikembe Mutombo and Tracy McGrady, Steve Wynn and Robin Leach. Some of The Martin's notable residents have included big names such as Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, and Pamela Anderson.[1]

On January 18, 2011 the sponsor of Panorama Tower North informed residents that there would be a re-branding and subsequent name change.[2]
