The Parker E-ACT Academy (formerly William Parker School) is an 11–18 secondary school with academy status situated in Daventry, Northamptonshire, England. The school is sponsored by E-ACT, and there are approximately 1500 students on the campus which is also shared with Falconers Hill Infant and Junior Schools.
It has sporting facilities available to its students, including an AstroTurf field which can also be used by local sports clubs, tennis courts, and an outdated gymnasium. William Parker is renowned for its sporting prowess and has won several regional awards; some former students have represented their country in sport.
The school has a large art, design and technology building, encouraging students to be creative. There are also well resourced Modern Language suites, Mathematics, English and Science Departments. Creative and performing arts are an area of strength within the school and there is a purpose-built drama studio. Royal Shakespeare Theatre often partner with the school to produce plays and theatrical opportunities for learning.
The school collaborates with other local secondary schools in the southwest of the county, together with Daventry and area primary schools, Warwick University and Northamptonshire College, Daventry, to offer a wide range of qualifications including Btecs, GCSEs and A-levels, providing students with the full opportunity to reach their potential. Since September 2011 there has been a full 6th Form offering on the campus at Ashby Road.
