"The Road I'm On"
Song

"The Road I'm On" is a song recorded by American rock band 3 Doors Down. It was released in April 2003 as the second single from their second album, Away from the Sun. The song reached number 8 on the U.S. Billboard Mainstream Rock charts and number 24 on the U.S. Billboard Modern Rock charts.[1]

Music video

The music video is directed by The Malloys and shows the band performing on a checker-flag pattern stage at night. NASCAR drivers Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and Tony Stewart are shown racing through the streets in custom Chevrolet Tahoes. The two eventually end up on a local short track where a race is underway. The scorekeeping girl, who the two met earlier in the video, begins to name them on the chart. The two drivers eventually bust out of the track and go back to the streets.
