The discography of The White Stripes, a Detroit, Michigan-based rock band, consists of six studio albums, one extended play (EP), one video album, 26 singles and fifteen music videos.

After three singles, The White Stripes' released their debut album, The White Stripes, on June 15, 1999 and was followed by the well received De Stijl in 2000.[1] White Blood Cells became their breakthrough album, receiving much acclaim while pushing the band to the forefront of alternative rock.[2][3] The White Stripes signed to V2 Records and released their debut album on a major label in 2003, entitled Elephant, which has been certified platinum in the United States and double platinum in the United Kingdom.[4][5] Elephant spawned "Seven Nation Army", The White Stripes' first single to top the Hot Modern Rock Tracks, and was their first album to win the Grammy for Best Alternative Music Album.[6]

In 2004 The White Stripes released their first live DVD, entitled Under Blackpool Lights. The band then released their fifth studio album, Get Behind Me Satan, in 2005, followed by Icky Thump in 2007. Both albums made the top five of the Billboard 200, though Icky Thump managed the higher placing of number two.[1] Get Behind Me Satan and Icky Thump also received Grammy Awards for Best Alternative Music Album.[6] As of February 2, 2011, The White Stripes announced that they have decided to break up.
