Thiru Mangalyam (Tamil: திருமாங்கல்யம்) is a Tamil soap opera that aired on Zee Tamil. The show is set to launch on 10 November 2014 Monday-Friday at 7:30PM IST.[1][2] The show starring by Sreevani and Sridhar in lead roles.[3] The show last aired on 5 June 2015 and ended with 144 episodes.

Plot

The story centres around the journey and conflicts in the life of the lead protagonist Sandhya (Sreevani),[4] the daughter of Asst. Commissioner of Police, Vijaykumar (Ajay Rathnam). She is very clear that she will not marry a cop in her life, as she herself has suffered as a result of being the daughter of a police officer. But destiny clearly has other plans for her, as she falls in love with an ordinary constable Murugan (Sridhar). Her troubled married life and the problems the two families face forms the crux of the story.[5]
