"This Is My Last Affair" is a song was written by Haven Johnson and introduced by Mildred Bailey in 1936. It appeared in the Broadway play New Faces in 1936. It was recorded and popularized by Billie Holiday. Her Savoy Eight introduced the song.

The song was also recorded by Peggy Lee, The Meters, Ella Fitzgerald, Teddy Wilson, Lionel Hampton, Harry James, the Serenaders, and others. This poetic tune also had been recorded on '78 Radio Transcription Disk, presented by Violet Wanita Hamilton on NBC Radio, within a Three X Sisters song set in 1937.
