Thokchom Navakumar Singh is a politician from Manipur, India. In 2007 he was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Manipur, as the Nationalist Congress Party candidate in the constituency Khundrakpam.[1] He had contested the same seat in 2002 as an Indian National Congress candidate, then finishing in fifth place.[2]
