Timothy J. "Tim" O'Driscoll (born April 22, 1964) is a Minnesota politician and member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. A member of the Republican Party of Minnesota, he represents District 13B, which includes portions of Benton and Stearns counties in the north central part of the state. He is a corporate trainer for Kaplan Professional Schools and a former real estate agent.[1][2]

Early education and career

O'Driscoll graduated from Sartell High School in Sartell, then went on to St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, earning his B.S. in Business Education, Office Administration and Real Estate Planning and Development.

He was mayor of Sartell from 2007–2011, and was a member of the Sartell City Council from 1993–1995 and 2002-2006. He also served as president of the Sartell Economic Development Authority, and was secretary and an executive board member of the St. Cloud Area Planning Organization, and board chair of the St. Cloud Area Joint Planning District. He is a founding member of Sartell's annual SummerFest.[3][4]

O'Driscoll was first elected to the House in 2010 and re-elected in 2012.
