Tita Muñoz (1926/1927 - April 11, 2009) was a Filipino actress.

Born Maria Theresa Sanchez Muñoz, Muñoz started her career in radio in the 1950s.[1] She moved to Sampaguita Pictures were she played mostly character roles.<refname=gma/> She received two FAMAS Best Supporting Actress Nominations, for Lilet (1971) and Patayin sa Sindak si Barbara(1974)Muñoz and Ronald Remy were the first actors to kiss on television in the 1960s.[2]

In 1990, Muñoz portrayed the mother of Leslie Cheung's character in Wong Kar Wai's Days of Being Wild.[2]

Muñoz suffered from health problems in her later years and died from heart failure on April 2009.[3]
