Title 6 of the United States Code governs Domestic Security in the United States Code.[1]

(Title 6 formerly outlined the role of surety bonds, but those provisions were officially repealed from Title 6 when the successors to surety bonds were wrapped into Title 31 as part of becoming positive law.)
