Toktayym Ümötalieva (Russian: Токтаим Жумаковна Уметалиева; born April 4, 1962, Leninpol, Kyrgyz SSR, USSR) is a Kyrgyz physicist and politician. She was the only female candidate for the 2005 and 2009 Kyrgyzstani presidential elections, receiving 26,640 votes (1.14%).

She heads the Association of Nongovernmental and Noncommercial Organizations and was running as an independent.[1]
