Torwarsak is an administrative unit, known as Union council of Buner District in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan.

District Buner has 6 Tehsils i.e. Daggar Chagharzai Chamla Totalai Gagra Gadezai. Each tehsil comprises certain numbers of union councils. There are 27 union councils in Buner District[1].

Torarsak comprises two main units i.e. Yakhel and Khadenkhel, each of these comprising five more units. Historically, Torwarsak has played a vital role in controlling the Buner District through the mighty Lalikhel tribe.

The Lakikhel Tribe plays a vital role in controlling the Buner District.
