Tottoi (トトイ) is a 1992 anime film.
It was dubbed into English in 1993 as "The Secret of the Seal" and was distributed by Celebrity Home Entertainment.
Plot
Tottòi (Sardinian name which stands for the Italian Antonio), a boy about 14 years old, emigrated to Germany with his family. After his mother's death, his father decided to return to his home village in the Mediterranean island of Sardinia. The narrative begins when the hero sees a monk seal, although it was believed that they died out long ago.
