Trinity Catholic High School is a Roman Catholic college preparatory day school in Ocala, Florida. Located in the Diocese of Orlando, Trinity Catholic is the first and only Catholic high school in Ocala.

Trinity Catholic High School was founded in 2000 by the Diocese of Orlando. With Bishop Norbert Dorsey's consent and firm support, he invited the Congregation of Christian Brothers to administer the school and to teach. The founding Principal was Br. Thomas Andrew Prendergast, C.F.C., and the other Brothers were Br. Damian Ryan, C.F.C., Br. James Finnegan, C.F.C., and Br. Eugene O'Brien, C.F.C.

There were approximately 50 students which comprised the 9th grade and the school was conducted in a wing of classrooms in Blessed Trinity School, Ocala. In its second year, the 9th and 10th grades were held in portable classrooms on the actual site on which the school was being built. In January, 2002, the official inaugural Mass and Blessing was held with Bishop Norbert Dorsey as head celebrant. Concelebrating the Mass were many of the clergy (pastors) who supported the building of the school, both financially and spiritually.

Special congratulations must be given to Fr. Pat Sheedy, pastor of Blessed Trinity parish, and to Fran Harwas, former principal of Blessed Trinity School. Without their heroic efforts in entrusting the founding of TCHS to the Stewardship way of life (time, talent and treasure), this holy project would never have materialized.

By the time Br. Prendergast completed his two, three year terms as principal, the school had well over 500 students and its reputation for excellence in all areas of school life continues to this day
