Tsukumi (津久見市, Tsukumi-shi) is a city located in Ōita Prefecture, Japan. The city was founded on April 1, 1951.

As of January 31, 2011, the city has an estimated population of 20,365, with 8,826 households and a population density of 256.00 persons per km². The total area is 79.55 km².
